Welcome to Uplifty (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our app or website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided
We offer a platform that connects users with verified mental health professionals psychologists/therapists /counsellors We do not provide medical advice or emergency services.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 15 years old to use the app. By using our services, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
3. Booking and Payments
Sessions can be booked through the app. Payments must be done after the session is booked . We use secure payment gateways and do not store card information.
4. No Medical Emergency Use
Our platform is not meant for medical or psychiatric emergencies. If you are in crisis or feeling suicidal, please contact emergency services or a nearby hospital immediately.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, harass professionals, or engage in abusive, illegal, or harmful behavior.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for the outcomes of your interactions with psychologists. While we verify qualifications, therapy outcomes vary by individual.
7. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you agree to the new terms.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations
  • You may cancel a session up to 6 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 6 hours are non-refundable.
  • Usage data: Logs, device info, IP addresses
2. Rescheduling
  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 2 hours before the session.
3. Therapist Cancellations

If a therapist cancels or is unavailable, you may choose a new slot or request a full refund.

4. No-Shows

If you miss your session without canceling, the session is non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Data Privacy & Activity Tracking

To ensure a seamless and high-quality experience, Uplifty utilizes Apptrove for the sole purpose of tracking client activity within the platform. This integration allows us to improve our services and understand user interactions more effectively. We prioritize your security above all else; therefore, all client data remains strictly confidential and is protected by industry-standard encryption protocols. We do not sell your information to third parties, and the data collected via Apptrove is used exclusively to enhance your experience while maintaining the highest levels of privacy and data integrity.

Note: We are not collecting any personal user data. We only receive logs that help us analyze errors and issues within the app.
