3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Effective Date: 01/06/2025
1. Cancellations
- You may cancel a session up to 6 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 6 hours are non-refundable.
- Usage data: Logs, device info, IP addresses
2. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is allowed up to 2 hours before the session.
3. Therapist Cancellations
If a therapist cancels or is unavailable, you may choose a new slot or request a full refund.
4. No-Shows
If you miss your session without canceling, the session is non-refundable.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

To ensure a seamless and high-quality experience, Uplifty utilizes Apptrove for the sole purpose of tracking client activity within the platform. This integration allows us to improve our services and understand user interactions more effectively. We prioritize your security above all else; therefore, all client data remains strictly confidential and is protected by industry-standard encryption protocols. We do not sell your information to third parties, and the data collected via Apptrove is used exclusively to enhance your experience while maintaining the highest levels of privacy and data integrity.
Note: We are not collecting any personal user data. We only receive logs that help us analyze errors and issues within the app.
